Board of Directors

DreamTree Project is guided by a deeply engaged and generous Board of Directors who bring wisdom, care, and commitment to every aspect of our work.

Our Board members serve as thoughtful stewards of the organization, supporting our mission, strengthening our programs, and ensuring DreamTree remains responsive, accountable, and rooted in the needs of our community.

We are grateful for a Board that gives its experience, and its time, heart, and belief in the people we serve.

DreamTree Program Support & Administration

Meet The Team

Our work is powered by a dedicated team of professionals who show up every day to support young people and adults in crisis and help them move toward stable, long-term housing and brighter futures.

Program Supervisors and Case Managers partner closely with young people to create individualized plans, build life skills, and support each step of their transition to a safe and sustainable place to live.

Behind the scenes, our Administrative Team keeps everything running smoothly. From managing accounting, human resources, fundraising, and facilities, so our programs can operate safely and effectively. On the front lines, our Teen Service Specialists, Shelter Attendants, and Case Managers provide 24/7 care, offering safety, structure, and consistent support when youth need it most.

DreamTree Project proudly employs over 50 staff members across Northern New Mexico, andn together, we strengthen both young lives and the communities we serve.
